- led the production of 59 audiovisual and digital exhibits for the Oman Across Ages Museum
- planned strategically the production, in light of the negotiations with the client: project plans, tasks, processes, dependencies, milestones.
- managed the research team, content creation team and the design team: production of dozens of storyboard, scripts, images selection, UX/UI journeys, motion design videos, etc.
- managed progress in collaboration with the technical manager
- coordinated the production with the international production partners, internationally and externally
- was the client direct contact and participated in negotiations
- made sure that processes were respected for validation and progress

Digital Engagement Manager – Alimentarium (as a consultant)

- Delivery of two UGC projects, managing the development and production: The Food We Love to Hate in 2019 and My Vegan Life in 2020
- created and planned content for all of the institution social networks in 2019 and 2020, including coordinating the team members in creating content, for Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok.
- re-define the digital strategy of the institution with the museum director and the museum business developer
- Delivery of the "New Digital Landscape" project: an IT transition from the Nestlé network to an independent one. This included managing the development and production, managing the team internally and externally, managing the relationship with the production agency technically in charge of the project, and managing the discussion about the infrastructure security with the team at Nestlé. At the end of the project, the institution had a new, independent, IT infrastructure that suited its needs best.
